Sept 8, 2011 Flood North East PA

Northeast Pa was hit with mass flooding today.
Here's a mix of footage, from Wilkes-Barre to Pittston.
I did have Wilkes-Barres levy footage, but was too shaky.

Wilkes-Barre at this moment are 16 feet above the flood level.

i watched the water rise and i watched it fall i seen the devastion on friends and families faces when they lost thier homes thank god none lost thier lives. My prayers go out to all those families who lost thier homes in flood of 2011.

I heard some dumbass's jumped into the flood off of the waterstreet bridge there all for a publisity stunt. Ppl are really fucked in the head these days.... Hope everyone made it out okay!!
