I have subscribed! Hey it takes months??? I just started reading the book....i was looking more for 2 months than months and months!! I only need 32 pounds more or less...did you exercise at all??? I'm following your videos and well what really inspired me was the difference back in 2003 wow!!! I'm 163 and looking to loose at least 25 pounds! I will buy the Atkins book and start...so any advise? I will post my video once i've completed the program with pics Before and After.... Thanks Pam

Thanks man, I'm glad I inspired you! It takes time. Today I just completed my 1 month on Atkins and I lost about 10.5 lbs so I'm dancing up and down from 249.5 to 253ish...
Atkins sometimes takes awhile (months) to lose.
Do your induction properly with 20 grams of carbs a day for the first 2 weeks and start there.
