I dunno what kind of wax is being used here but I had my half legs done like this (from ankle to just over the knee) and it hurt like SHIT.
I have a tattoo, getting the tattoo hurt less than that.

That looked to painless and quick! As well, just bc someone is pale and you can't see the hair doesn't mean they don't have any. If you can feel it, you've got it.
