if you take notice, the countries listed on that list all had to pay the same amount as indians - because they are considered poor countries - what's wrong with that???

@TricVision surely you don't buy the argument that all white countries are rich, all brown countries are poor. Furthermore, it used to be the low price for everyone, and i mean from all countries. Now its just another way to take money from the public and put it into swiss banks. Not a penny is spent on maintenance. India is not a poor country where everyone eats money.
