  • The Valjoux 7500 is not a "crappy movement."

  • Pity this great old marque is now using Valjoux / ETA movements.

  • this piece is ICONIC, disregard all the negative comments

  • @PUNISHERUltra agreed, for a 6-7 grand watch, they could have made a better dial

  • the most uninspiring case back i have ever seen.

  • great review with some useful info and insights

i love the look of this watch, apart from the 12 and 6 being chopped. I'd have preferred IWC to leave the numbers off at these two locations.

  • @netnoob77 I love it. A great little detail!

  • I don't know what everyone is complaining about. I got an IWC Automatic Portugieser with a metall bracelet and it is amazing. This piece is about real luxury not showing off. Discrete design matched with best technology.

  • There's a big difference between buying an Invicta with a fresh out of the case low end ETA movement and a high end piece based on an ETA movement. Many times the baseplate/platine and wheels are the only thing that's not custom built.
