I actually think you can find every touhou album at http://thdoujin-music.com (that's good because I don't have the new ones), just searching for the japanese name on google or the site, and the japanese names can be found at http://s-o-h.jp/products/

There's quite a lot of songs there, but usually, bittorrent clients have some option to choose what you want to download, µTorrent is what I use and you can do that in the Files tab under the downloading list. You just select the torrent, then go to files, select all the files you don't want to download, right-click and there's some option like "ignore" or something.
