This modified seated version of Tai Chi for Arthritis can be enjoyed by anyone wishing to practice Tai Chi sitting down. People with almost any chronic condition can learn to improve their health and mobility. Health Professionals and carers using this program with people with disabilities can share quality time with them while improving their own health. It is suitable for people who are either unable to walk or are required to be seated e.g. while in flight.

  • Great Method ! :)

  • is great teaching taiji to people with disability because taiji is also part of qigong family and is efective for building energy

  • Ooops?does it work? for anyone who are suffering from knee osteo-arthritis? you can't even lift up your legs for too lone...how does taichi helps you if you happens to be in pain? Its really a myth? taichi for arthritis? it won't help u anyway , Ok! believe me! better do qigong than taichi!

  • I am really happy to have found this! I used to do Tai Chi, but since I tore the ligaments in my knee, my doctor told me I couldn't. I'm glad to have found a way to practice now. I'll be ordering your DVD come payday. :)
