According to our vision, we have been launched the IT developing programme from a school of a rural village before 2 years. The school computer lab which was built under the observations of SEMP has been influenced in a great deal to achieve this task.As a result of these achievements, Our small village -- Mahalakotuwa was named as the model e-village of the Central Province in year 2007 by S.E.M.P The basic Implementations of this project is based on the Horizon lanka Foundation - Mahawilachchiya , The1st e-village of Sri lanka. This is a totally independent project. The progress of this project is regularly being observed by S.E.M.P.
