I am 6'5" 350lbs.. Would this bike be good for me to get some exercise with?

Get new pedals... Haro Mx pedals are the brand I have and there like glue. You'll love them

About the pedals: I bought a Sedona DX (I'm an old man now) but when I bought it, I had them install new pedals that BMX dudes use. They have traction studs in them that really grip the shoes. I suggest you get some. The pedals I purchased where the Haro MX. They're like puttin glue on the shoe.

i have a similar story ...used 2b a jock...now 58...got a sedona dx ...it's about 9 yrs old and looks and works as new...no mechanical probs at all...never even a flat....not a fast bike...but can be ridden barefoot and so comfortable...$360 with tools, spare tube, bag, and polar bear cooler...love it...too hot most of the time in austin...cheers btw it's taiwan made and probably the last bike i will ever need to buy

I said "cheap walmart bike" right as you did in the video LOL. Just bought my first Giant. Just uploaded a video of it too! =)

Thanks for the review. I'm in the final stage of decision, and after a month of research am 99% convinced the Giant Sedona series is best for what I need.
I honestly don't know what the maximum weight this bike can handle. I'm only putting about 225lbs on it.
