mayb at this concert they were but in chicago they were only on that side for the water part and all on the side with the foam seat 1 row3 sec A baby!!!

unfortunately no. that honor really only went to the people with the floor seats. Basically they do the foam thing on one side of the stage, and the other side gets the water wall during Lovebug. In my opinion, the water-wall side gets the better deal :) but wherever you sit, its a GREAT show.
