I just got onto the youtube thing through my kids...and as for thai brides?? I dont think our lass would let me have one...but who knows I might ask for one for christmas....or I might just keep churning out shite

I had a five string banjo once...gave it up as bad job eventually. A 6 string..even scarier. And when tha' finds that bloke gi'in thi' 40 or so years back, tell him thez anuther bugger here (in Oz) that needs him. (I think we're doing the same thing, by the way, here-on utube...it's either a Thai bride or this eh?)

P.S. the banjo gizmo is a 6 string (its a new toy) 45 quid off ebay.....it sounds like half a dozen laggy bands stretched across a cornflakes box....but I think a set of really light strings and the head tightened up will make it a totally different instrument (when I get around to it)

Brings back happy memories of a house with 4students and two musicians, very little food lots of booze and even more music. Very good Kev. Then the landlord found out he was only gettin 5 lots of rent, and threatened some good old geordie knee cappin'.

Its funny but Roy harper seems to have that effect on everyone who is old enough to remember this stuff... brings back memories of a mis-spent youth..
