Governor Andrew Cuomo was in the Utica area on the latest leg of his Statewide Regional Economic Development Council Progress Tour, where he stopped at SUNYIT to mark the launch of construction on the Computer Chip Commercialization Center, or QUAD-C. It's part of an inter-regional nanotechnology partnership between SUNYIT and the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering. Under the vision and leadership of the Governor, QUAD-C will attract 925 high tech jobs to the Mohawk Valley.
