Japanese songs by Nieuw Amsterdams Kinderkoor - Hotaru koi - Sakura - Itsumo Nando Demo - Hitori

Japanese songs performed by 75 children aged 7 to 16. Excerpts from "Hotaru Koi" and "Sakura" by Ro Ogura, "Itsumo Nando Demo" from the movie "Spirited away", arranged by Erika Ito and "Hitori", arranged by Mary Donnely. Live video shoot during the Zomerconcert 2010 of The Nieuw Amsterdams Kinderkoor. This choir provides classical singing training for 150 children from Amsterdam and the surrounding area. There are lessons in singing, solfège, musical theory, ensemble training and stage presentation. During the Zomerconcert 2010 the choir performed these four Japanese songs.
