WWV Verier dial calibration to 25Khz marker frequency. WWV is the world standard for Time and Measurement. Here I'm attempting to calibrate my Kenwood Amateur Radio transceiver vernier dial and the internal marker oscillator to a a zero-beat note. When the squeal drops down in pitch and volume, it means the two frequencies are aligned.

  • I'm going to try this on my TS850S. Sounds weird, but I don't know how. Also, I have built a marker generator, and I need to use WWV to calibrate that. Could you help?
