i will sneak myself into your pocket
invisible, do what you want, do what you want
i will sink and i will disappear
i will slip into the groove and cut me up and cut me up

there's an empty space inside my heart
where the wings take root
so now i'll set you free
i'll set you free
there's an empty space inside my heart
where the wings take root
so now i'll set you free
i'll set you free

slowly we unfold
as lotus flowers
'cause all i want is the moon upon a stick
just to see what if
just to see what it is
i can't kick the habit
just to feed your fast ballooning head
listen to your heart

we will sink and be quiet as mice
While the cat is away and do what we want
do what we want

there's an empty space inside my heart
where the wings take root
so now i set you free
i set you free

cause all i want is the moon upon a stick
just to see what if
just to see what it is
take the lotus flowers into my room
slowly we unfold
as lotus flowers
all i want is the moon upon a stick
dance around a pit
the darkness is beneath
i can't kick the habit
just to feed my fast ballooning head
listen to your heart

The greatest rock band of the 90s & OOs without a doubt in my mind & one of the greatest musical acts of the twentieth century. Groundbreaking, innovative, unique, heart achingly beautiful music that transcends genres. They've constantly reinvented themselves - the sign of true musical greatness & not sticking to a formula. They have made bold political & social statements through their music, they have never sold out to mass 90s commercialism and fake marketing.A remarkable band, RESPECT.

You do realise that a person (me) can make a point without the subject of said point being the topic of the conversation.

I find it ironic that teenagers (and some adults) today go on about taking drugs to 'expand your mind' yet still listen to the same shit the herd listents to. Here's a tip, how about expanding your mind yourself (without the help of a drug) by listening to some proper music then have a good think about it.

i totally agree. it's just sad how society these days have been soaked into shitload of dubstep and autotuned music, they're missing a lot of good music and this song is a definite example of that good music.
