@PezEspada listen to freddie green's pocket on faster tempos. He really pushes the beat, that's what contributed to Basies' perpetual beat. I don't think Martjin is speeding up at all, but he's really pushing the pocket with his comping. However, listen to the bass player, they are in complete rhythmic synchronization.

wow, this is awesome!!! i must say, that i dont like this old swing guitar rhythmen on every beat, i am more into the new more pianistic comping, but anyway the guitarsolo is just awesome. i would love to see this guy live. thanks for uploading my friend!!

@PezEspada Then simply compare beginning and ending and notice that it's the same tempo. Maybe you just don't like fast tempo's.
