Starting at my college, HMC, the camera zooms out to view the universe. Created using Google Earth and Celestia, as well as images from Apollo and Voyager 1, and Music by Sigur Ros.

  • I think it is quite naive of us to be dictating the rules of the universe and we haven't even been out of our own solar system...very nicely done by the way...:)

  • Its funny how we still think of ourselves to be so big and bad...huh...nope.

  • Nice sentiments, Brandon, but the zoom is often more of a jerk and please, there is no 'e' in MILKY WAY. So many of these posts contain spelling errors, I think schools quit teaching it 20 years ago. It seems like 'close enough is good enough' and it's so simple to check! The technical stuff should be difficult and the spelling should be second nature! Seems like the music is THE thing!

  • moving video. but i listened to radiohead's "planet telex" instead...it synced brilliantly. you should try it.

  • @kokym8 Yes. Compared to the UNIVERSE.. The earth is tiny. Compared to US. The earth is massive and yes, compared to the earth. Jupiter is colossal. And compared to US. jupiter is not tiny.

  • @Glennfalconi

Jupiter is not a dot jupiter is nothhhhhhhhhhhing

the universe is so big and there's no word can describe how big it is

  • Jeez. The universe just is big. You think jupiter is the allmighty? jupiter is also a dot from where we are now ;) Just like all the other stars; even VY canis majoris. The star that's a million times as big as our sun.

  • Very impressive but check ur facts
