That's not even the oldest film, Roundhay Garden Scene (shot by the same person) was shot in the same year, but some time before.

its filmed overlooking Leeds Bridge... If you go to the bottom of briggate and keep going eventual you will come to it.... Its not far at all just go past Queens Court, Viaduct, Religion ect... and The Bridge and you should see it. :) the building it was filmed on has a round blue plaque....
