Howard W. Hunter, President of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, presented this talk about miracles in April 1989. It was the first time in two years that he had been able to stand up while giving a talk, as he had been confined to a wheelchair. While speaking, he did fall down and break some ribs, but he continued the talk as if nothing had happened (although Boyd K Packer was there to make sure it didn't happen again).
I remember president hunter and his conference talks. President Hunter spoke with a gentle voice and with a pure love of Christ, when he spoke you could not, not listen to his words because they brought joy and happiness to others and into our lives.
