@09192321303 granted na hindi yan sa bacolod, pakiayos naman ng video caption and title. get your facts straight. nadudungisan natin ang pangalan ng ibang institusyon nang wala sa oras, at wala sa lugar. saan mo ba nakuha 'tong video na ito? you yourself should report this to the authorities should you have first-hand information. hazing, a really deplorable act, deserves the arm of the law. although again, mukhang galing to sa ibang asian country, not from the philippines.
