Well done ... clean, crisp, focused, with solid root. Excellent display of power and intent by an older gentleman.

why not just carry a gun?

Oh yes, to add more fact, Grand Master Teo is a Singaporean and he is actually 70 plus already. He is also actively teaching the art in Singapore.
-
This is actually Wuzu, in Fujian, Ngor Chor or literally, Five Ancester style of Shaolin martial arts.
The Master is Grand Master Teo Choon Teck.
Okinawa Karate's Sanchin is very similar to the art from San Cheen Do, literally meant Three Battles Way.
-
Strictly speaking, this is Tai Cho Kun, which is one of the five styles that comprise Ngo Cho Kun.
-
The first martial arts to become popular worldwide were "belted" arts such as Judo, Karate, and Taekwondo.
As a result, other martial arts began to adopt the use of belts and ranks as well. Did you notice how the Indian master @2:06 is also wearing a uniform?

Wow what a dumb ass, this is Ngo cho kune, a very tradtional fukien kung fu style from southern shaolin.......and hes not KOREAN you ignorant man, its grandmaster chee from malaysia and hes chinese lol hes not lying your just dumb, go look it up hes the head of Ngo cho kune in TAIWAN and now malaysia....just to let you know the "japanese" uniform n belt is adopted in TAIWAN and south east asia due to its practically over easily riped chinese uniforms. nothing new there lol stupid hungryguy

One came before the other so no, it's not both.
You learn that in English class buddy, maybe you should go back to school....When one came before the other, and influenced it, It makes the other similar not the other way around. otherwise it goes against proper English and logic. =P you drop out lol
-
Both... =)
Karate came from these fujian styles of kung fu such as these seen here, so its easy to get them mixed up, the techniques are almost idenical. But this is all kung fu being performed right here, so the correct phrase would be okinawan karate is similar to Fujian kung fu not the other way around lol

The uniform is used not only in Tang, but all through Chinese history, for 4000 years (look at the terracotta warriors), and nowadays (Shaolin monks and Wudang taoists).
