I don't agree with the RoyalAfg either. I think leadership is decision making not a sales job at a supermarket to be friendly and motivating.

A leader can be tough, impatient and prickly but still a good decision maker and communicator.

Mr. ROYALAFG, I totally disagree wth u. It is not important for a leader to be heavy tempered as Dawood Khan and recentley Musharraf are good examples for it. They both did alot for their countries, but considered weak leaders of their time.

However, if I agree wth u then who is better than Ashraf Ghani to be the next president of AFG? Karzai(someone who z utterly a problem 4 AFG)?, Mirwais Yasni(a theif who knws nothing abt politics)?, Abdullah(A warlord who only knws how 2 fight well)?
