well in "hessen" the germans also roll the r ( to roll the r in german refers to pronounce it the english way ) , i am living at the border... which is kinda funny cause we dont... and its just a difference of like ...5 miles

The rolling R is not typical for german, only in bavarian dialect.
But it sounds cute if you speak "bavarian".
Your "ch" sounds quite good already....a hard job?

Short comment from a native speaker: In big parts of northern Germany and the sates of the former GDR it's more common to say "Sonnabend" then "Samstag". So don't get confused if someone in, for example, Leipzig or Dresden want to meet you on "Sonnabend" -- it's saturday, too.
