@beeernardo I thought so too - when I shoot photos the AF is really noisy. But in videos I have to really strain my ears to hear anything. I would say it's on par with the 14-45mm AF.

Hey, is is true that the autofocus motor of this lens is noisy? I want it to shoot video but I would still need a good audio from the GH1. Thanks!

@sjsielen from 1800€ to 1500€ on my country official store, or from 1500€ to 1300€ on the other stores (but is pretty much impossible to find one on sale - mostly because it's still very expensive)
In defense of it, 14-140mm lens that comes with it, has quite some reach, is very fast at focus and is quite compact (but suffers a bit on bottom and upper limits) is sold for 950€ alone - one pays around 350€ for the body, and that is kinda cheap for what is offered
