    Calories : 600- 700

Dinner : 1 cup of rice/1 baked potato,pork/fish/beef and some veggies

    Calories : 600-700

Total for the day : 1600-1700

  • Yes, its true, but how can you maintain severe calorie restriction the rest of your life? I have tried to eat as low as 1600 calories a day and I just cant do it. After 3 weeks I get so hungry I eat more again and then regain any weight loss. I cant seem to eat less than 2400 calories a day. Any less and I feel super hunrgy. How can I find a way to restrict calories so Im not hungry that I can do the rest of my life? Its nearly impossible.
