@JROSS9654 The Fasces (bundled sticks) is a Roman Symbol. It represented amongst other things, the Roman army which was composed largely of slaves that would serve Rome in order to attain their freedom (and Liberty Cap). All of our state and federal capitals are remakes of Roman temples. All of our coin designs take precedence from Roman designs. German Kaiser = Caesar; Russian Czar = Caesar.
