On Sept 18, 2008 Scientists and Engineers for America hosted Jay Khosla, Health Policy Advisor for John McCain and Dora Hughes, MD, MPH, Health Policy Advisor for Barack Obama in a head to head square off at George Washington University. Of particular note was teh McCain campaigns refusal to clarify whether he would lift Bush's ban on the use of Federal dollars for human embryonic stem cell research.
The day he chose Palin, McCain backed away from support of Embryonic Stem Cell Treatment.
McCain/Palin are not PRO-my life or the lives of up to 100 million Americans with Parkinson's diabetes or about 72 other diseases. McCain knows adult & skin stem cell research is a decade behind & is uncertain to overcome the additional hurdles they present.
Millions of Americans will die if Bush's policy is continued.
