I feel silly admitting it, I can only listen to a few Antony songs at a time(especially watching the youtube live videos) before I am overcome with emotion. I'm not certain if it because so many of the songs are tg related, or maybe it is just the beauty of listening to someone so able to inject so much of themself and so much of their own raw beautiful emotional energy into the lyrics. I feel grateful to have discovered the beautiful music of Antony and the Johnsons, and grateful they share it.
