fs over 300 every single day for around 6 days. hit 310 PR earlier in the week. 305 a couple times. 307.5 twice. i've been front squatting at least twice per day - sometimes three times per day. clean PR of 290 earlier this week. will cj 300 in the coming weeks. the knee sleeves are from new balance - probably doesn't add much. i generally squat at least once per day without them, and then the night sessions will utilize the sleeves.
