  • nice dj's man, i mean i prefer landing and trying to rebound right out, but throwing yourself down like you're doing would actually work pretty nice for SVJ.

nice jumps too, how do you like the hyperdunks?

    peace

  • @adarqui

Yeah, that DJ was a little slower. I kind of alternate between what you do and the way I did in the video. The one in the video was for max height/power, not as much transfer to RVJ.

Hyperdunks are great, lighter than my training shoes (which are crazy light) and more cushioned than my old b-ball shoes.

  • @PetrucciFan57 HAHA! How the fuck are you going to train your vertical once or twice A YEAR??

That's ok, you can stick with medicine.

  • @MagicWorldChampion

Don't post on my videos unless you're going to post something constructive. I have many hobbies and one of those is vertical jump training, and I'm a full-time student as well. I realize that you don't understand exactly what this means, but sometimes life is busier than you expect and hobbies fall by the wayside. I feel that your attack is pointless, and you have zero credibility as well. I am actually training 4 days a week currently, so you're also misinformed. GTFO.

  • @Raptorel : ya exactly.. BUT, if he was training purely SVJ, i actually don't mind that arm technique.. very specific to SVJ, i could see it being very beneficial, possibly more beneficial than the pre-cocked arm swing that we normally like.. interesting variation i must say :D

    peace

  • @adarqui I think the main reason for what you're saying, and I saw that immediately so I think I'm right, is arm positioning. It looked like he wasn't "ready" to jump immediately because his arms were not in the right position for that to happen.

  • @PetrucciFan57 : damn nice..
