I have recorded a video of this Droid/Robot/Cyborg/"Destroyer-Droid" modeling process, edited the video to eight parts and I'll upload them one by one. This video is to show what the model looks like and some test turnaround renders. I did a very quick sketch before modeling, it was a tripod and it had humanoid left arm but once I modeled it it just didn't look right, so in the end I duplicated and flipped the right hand pointing up to break the symmetry.
I use Wings3D but software is irrelevant, Wings, Blender, Softimage, 3ds Max, Maya, Lightwave or whatever have the same toolset some named differently, but move, rotate, scale, extrude etc are standard.
I've used Wings3D 1.1.6 (which is not the recent version but I'm used to it), I use Maya camera mode because of [Alt]-LefClick rotation.
I usually start with a cube, cut it in half, select & delete one half and then mirror the remaining geometry, the rest of the process is pretty basic: extrude, rotate, flatten, scale, connect, inset, bridge faces etc(all commands accessible from Right-Cick menu), I have 'T' for 'tweak'.

@sXemclovin0 Watch some tutorials that has audio, explaining the basics, then try the software, be it Wings3D, Silo3D, Blender, Max or whatever. My modeling timelapses are for the ideas and do not teach the basics or specific features, I like those sort of videos that are fast and maybe gives a tip without taking too much time. Good luck.
