My post workout proetin shake with 3 egg whites, 2 whole eggs/ 1/2 cup frozen berries, 1/2 banana
2 scoops Optimum Nitro core 24 protein and 1 heaping spoon of Natural Peanut butter and apprx. 2 tbsp honey.

  • You serious? It's bad to eat raw eggs, dont' think I really care man, if so I would have quit about 8 years ago. If it's my time to go, then it's time haha.

  • IM DEFINITELY TRYING THIS RECIPE....really thanks for posting this, Im so tried of my broing ass shake. What do the eggs do? Besides the protein and stuff how does it make the shake taste? GOD THIS LOOKS DELICIOUS!

  • @arj3191 : The eggs are just added protein, I put them in instead of using water .

    It is a fabulous shake for sure..
