Can't understand why they put so much effort in making sucha nice product out of poor materials. Was it Ben Franklin who said that no poor knife has ever been made out of good steel? It works the other way around too though...

Hi Bob.

It's not a great knife, still you get a lot for your money. It's 440A, as far as I know, certainly not 440C.

sexy knife

Don't tell me that a knife is 440 Stainless. There is a huge gulf in the quality of the 440 series steels. 400A is no value compared to 440c. Even with 440c, I want to know what hardness the blade is, and whether or not it's been cryo-tempered.

@slasher302 You are quite right in wanting to know that information, and I would like to give it to you, but the manufacturer only provides "440 stainless" as the description without stipulating the type or HRC and certainly not the heat treatment and tempering process. Given the price of the knife andthe fact that limited information is available, my guess is 440A or B.

Why doesn't He tell tha price off the knives in his vids?

The real reason I don't do it is because the price may change and then the video would be giving incorrect information. The link in the sidebar takes you right to the product page so you can find out the price in literally 2 seconds anytime you want.
