City of Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado and Commission Chairman Wifredo (Willy) Gort join the youth from the First Tee Program, neighbors and city administrators for the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Melreese Golf Training Center. A Capital Improvements project, the new Melreese Golf Training Center will be located adjacent to the existing practice range and a new clubhouse; and will accommodate The First Tee Youth Outreach Program.
