@vencugar There are plenty of portable tanks out there. I have one, for my show fish. Move my 34 inch all over the east cost in my car. Battery powered air pump.
Also sedate the fish with olive clove when moving it from tank to tank, since she is a big girl and I'm a tiny woman.
how on earth do you get a HUGE carp in a car and to the vets? How do you stick it in a car with a bucket big enough and then find a place to power an air stone? My mum didnt really belive me me when I told her about this!! Can you take goldfish to vets?
@FiestyCat86 actully supisingly i wasnt ripping your head off. i was just saying that nobody should flush fish down the toilet because i am shocked at the amount of people that actully find it funny. iev never seen a videio like this before. i didnt even think it was possable to give a large carp an x-ray!
@vencugar did you read my comment correctly? Is English a first language for you? I'm not being an ass, I'm just wondering if maybe you don't understand what I said. Maybe you could read it again and then retract the attitude. I don't advocate flushing live fish, I think its cruel and uncalled for, but a dead fish is another matter. I use the clove oil method for my fish that are beyond help because its fast and painless, and THEN they are flushed. I hate the idea of flushing live fish...
@FiestyCat86 No one should flush any fish down the toilet. How would someone like it if ther were thrown down an open sewer. its utterly disrespectfull.
@arianad1 No it looks like they just anesthetized it with a little clove oil...these fish are expensive so I'd say it well worth the money to give them the vet care they need, rather than flush them down the proverbial toilet.
