I have finally unlocked the Refinery Speedrun Achievement leaving me with only one left 'Right of Passage' which i cannot do.

People saying that u can't save at all in the game or you can say goodbye for the achievements, use auto checkpoints. I hope that still works.

I dont think someone can beat the 2nd speedrun at the first time. There are many spaces for mistakes.

Are you kidding me? Are you saying that if i screw this up (for example i fell into lava) i have to start over and for the second speedrun another startover? You cant be serious.
