  • I have found even though i like to pull CV, sumo is the style i am strongest with. As my movement improves i will shoot for 700+ pulls in both styles. Triple BW is my primary objective, target BW is 260, so i am looking for a big pull.

  • Nice! You'll hit it like everything else you do. I went past my double bw a month or so ago and would be that much closer to a triple if I lost 20-30 pounds I don't need. Hahaha!
