  • Almost like my French / Italian Maw Maw's lasagne. She didn't berl the noodles either, but did soak them for a few minutes in hot New Orleans tap water before baking. FRESH, out damn Mississippi! For those of you not from South Louisiana, JB is right on with his cajun roots. Never add garlic until you add your liquid and never add salt to your beans within this first hour. You've taught me a lot, of new tips, JB, but also are a traditional Cajun chef. Gawd bless ya, Buddy!

  • The box's recipe say no boil or soak. If the sauce is thin enough it will cook the noodles

  • Mmmmmmm looks rich. Did that little "Lazagana" feed all those peeps or just you ? ;}

  • Just my family, We feed the party folks hot dawgs
