  • if they want to adopt a child so badly why do they not make a small sacrifice ,firstly stop eating sh-t food ,secondly get off their fat arse,s and get some exercise ,within a few months they would have lost enough weight allowing them to feel better about themselves and also feeling fitter and finally giving them their dream of adopting a child .that child would also have the benefit. of having healthy parents .healthy parents = healthy kids

  • Thats even worse imagine walking into your parents bedroom and seeing your dad doing your other dad up the arse

  • Well , I think that kind of sucks . Kids can be influenced by overweight parents too though ... so idk . What's the worst thing that can happen ?

  • whats the worse he could do? eat the kid?

and nice ukulele in the background ^^

  • @dudeilovecats no it's a typo.

  • ok this was really bothering me... responsibility was spelled wrong at 1:38... is that a british thing? lol i know its off topic but that was SO ANNOYING

  • I take the point that being obese increases his chances of health problems & possibly an early death. However, if you start along that road, where does it end? Are we going to refuse adoption on the basis of what car you drive? For example, will parents who drive a Gee Whiz be given priority over parents who drive an Audi TT? I mean, the TT drivers will go significantly faster than those in the Gee Whiz.

The point is, health issues should be secondary factors. The ability to parent is key.

  • And if these loving potential parents cannot adopt then the kids remain in care. Yeah, that's fair on the kids.

  • It is not fair, not. Love is not contengent on weight. Yet crack whores can have babies without a license and sell them for crack. A smoker can adopt.

If his only issue was that he was fat but was otherwise healthy, well thin people can get cancer. People who eat lots of transfat can get heart disease without being fat. People can get early alzeimers with no advanced warning. Kids need love. I disagree with their decision.

  • All that's important is love there are numerous overweight parents with children why should it matter, although people are saying that he should just lose weight it shouldn't be an issue if he's healthy enough to love and care for the child that should be the only important thing.

  • at that weight the man is at serious risk for heart failure and diabetes. They are looking for the long term care for the child. It's sad but if he wishes to adopt he's needs to sort this out.

  • Wow....my BMI is 51. Guess I can forget adopting lol
