Quasimodo: Elijah Wood or Sean Astin
Esmeralda: Mila Kunis
Phoebus: Ben Barnes
Frollo: Alan Rickman
Fleur-de-Lys: Clemence Poesy or Scarlett Johansson
Gringoire: Jim Sturgess
Jehan Frollo: Nicholas Hoult
Clopin Trouillefou: Johnny Deep
Director: Tim Burton (Unfortunately he create excelent gothic films, just as the novel)

They can't make Esmeralda too sexy, which everyone always seems to do. They've got to capture the youth in her.

There's a remake due in 2013.
I'm hoping they cast a good Esmeralda, preferably in my eyes, an unknown who is actually sixteen or thereabouts.
Actually, French actors, and it should be in French. I love it when things are authentic.
