Couldnt find this on YT so uploaded myself. If u aint heard it B4 pls listen all the way thru if u got time.
Really clever lyrics and song structure - v under-rated.
A nice bit of clean fun from The Electric Chairs. This is the story of a 'Teddy Boy' called Eddie and a 'Punk' called Sheena. The first two thirds tell the story in a 'Buddy Holly' Rock 'n' Roll style and then the last third (if that) goes into a '1234' classic punk style. It's one of those records that just makes you smile.

So awesome. DTH did a good job on the cover.

  • Yeah , real good lyrics eh?

  • Brilliant. I had the 45 many years ago. Unfortunately I had it stolen. This brings back great memories of my Punk days as a teenager in the 70`s. Thanks for posting this gem.

  • No probs dude - u have some good toon on ur channel btw!

  • I'm not too familiar with this band, and havn't heard this song before. But I have to agree, it's a classic! Looks like you have the 45, it's a nice collector's item I would think! Nice post!! BTW, there's another upload of this now, by seventiesghost.

  • Hiya - I got the 45 when it first came out but must have lost the plot at some point cos I sold it :-(

  • SUPERB!!.....

  • true love?

  • still have this 45 in my attic, the boring diesel heads in my plant mechanics class were baffled? enough said. this still sound great.

  • The first 2min39sec is one of the best songs to play loud, then from 2mins 40sec until the end, is THE song to play to the absolute freaking MAX, or until your speaker cones are begging for mercy.

    Love it to death.

    ty for posting.

  • I know that feeling!
