My wife and I saw John Denver in concert one month before his passing. We sat in the second row at Cape Cod Melody Tent. I will never forgot the kindness he showed to a handicapped women next to us as he passed by, to go on stage. He has been a hero of mine since I was learning guitar in Junior High , back in 1974.
