Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty - Ghost Pictures

Sending weird pics to Otacon is some of the best fun to be had in the game. :D I tried to get his "Well, this explains a lot...not that there's anything wrong with that *coughGAYcough*" weird response to the Vulcan Raven toy but for some reason he wouldn't do it. D: That picture is fine, what the heck.
You've got to love it when he laughs. :D

In the game itself on a good screen, you can see and read the lines of commands going by for Otacon's little program.

I'm hugely amused by the idea of Otacon putting little sprites of himself in all his programs just for the heck of it.

It's not the Vulcan Raven toy that makes Otacon go "This explains a lot...", but a photo of the muscular male torso on the poster that's on one of the lockers' door.
