Track 6 from "Golden Hour" - some straight-ahead dnb in the equal pentatonic mode of 15-tet. Very fun tuning to play. There's a passage of diatonic 15-tet and one glissando, making full use of this tuning. The rest of the album is at: http://split-notes.com/spnt001.php

  • This song sounds to me like hyperintelligent aliens communicating telepathically using different timbres and melodies. First they're just chilling and sharing each of their states of mind, then a really crazy alien zooms by and makes one of them kind of confused for a few seconds, but the other aliens reassure him that everything's okay and they go back to appreciating the beautiful coalition of consciousness they've formed.

  • @OnlyARide I love your imagination

  • this is seriously one of my favorite songs of all time. I've listened to it like 100 times and shown it to all my friends that are into good music.

  • @scared2mosh That's awesome, man. Keep listening, I will have more stuff out later in the year. :)

  • this is freakin cool

    have you tried mixing tunings?

    like.. 12 with 19?

using harmony of one and melody of other, alternating?

  • @ericoschmitt I have done, yeah. If you check my latest EP from sevish.com - "Human Astronomy" - track 4 has 4 tunings mixed... 22-tet, Carlos Beta (similar to 19-tet), 12-tet and just intonation. Cheers for the message
