@ilocarapid: I would suggest...
1. That cities start treating sagging as indecent exposure and to cite them as such. Fines will inevitably put an end to it before it transcends into other areas consistent with rebellious behavior.
2. That record companies that currently profit from the violent message be boycotted. *Bearing in mind though, that for some companies, since this is all they endorse, only a sense of responsibility would change it. Any attempts at legislation would impact free speech.

@ilocarapid: Obviously, I have a problem with the thugs or I wouldn't have posted this, but take caution with what you allow hate to dignify, and that may also motivate you to support measures without considering the longterm consequences of.
Currently for example, the govt is taking steps to align videos such as mine with giving rise to dissent and attempting to cause an effect on the policies of Washington. They call it "homegrown terrorism."

It should be easy enough to invoke RICO and "wiretap" the social media these thugs use and arrest them all!
