There's a 3 CD "best of" set where disc 3 is the Mike's Murder soundtrack. As far as I know, it's still the only way you can get Mike's Murder on CD.

The live version is even better than this one. That organ is so "gimme some lovin'" at the beginning. JJ is the best.
