The Green School - Part 3 [Ubud, Bali]

Went to visit the Green School in Ubud, Bali.

The Green School aims to educate a generation of global citizens who are knowledgeable about and inspired to take responsibility for the sustainability of the world. It is a visionary school. A school for our future.

The entire school is made out of bamboo. Desks, chairs, classrooms, halls, staircases, toilets...everything! It is an amazing piece of architecture.

Age from nursery to Grade 12. In addition to the curriculum (Cambridge & IB), the Green School inculcates a heightened social consciousness, a sense of responsibility, spirituality & morality, earth awareness with a commitment to save it, collaboration, social entrepreneurship, creative thinking, compassion & open mindedness.
