they'd probably screw it up with all the emissions crap that is forced on engines today. this engine is pure simplicity, that's why they ran for so long.

@spencnaz too much electonics in engines now days. It would be interesting to run a test to see exactly how long it would run.

@spencnaz it not that. its because many of the Engineers have taken care of a beautiful machine for so long. Plus i agree with the simple part. alot of simple machines most likely to out live humans. Due to clock work technology. & to clear up another thing. We now live in a world where its cheaper to throw it out then to fix it..

This engine has a cool techno dance music sound . All oyu need is a keyboard player playing music along with that engine using it for a drum machine

This machine would be perfect to power around 8-10 homes if hooked to the rite generator. Also I'd imagine this would run on Rendered fat, liqueur, Kerosene, Propane, Natural Gas, Gasoline, Diesel, JP8, ethanol, methanol, etc. I'm sure this one in the video could still run longer than I have left to live and I'm 26. Continuous reliable power, and with a group funding, could be, very cost efficient.

Paul, what year was this engine built. I couldn't find that info anywhere. Also, do you have an estimated weight of it? My guess is around 3800 - 4500 KG?
