Not in the New Hampshire state house. There aren't even metal detectors and the lone guard can't even see you if you come into the back door.

Telling the guard that you have been in the state houde 1000's of times doesn't really matter. He may have been the "new guy" fresh out of training and is following the rules because he was told too.
