Hey gesc1200, you should check out the Scratch Live forum. Many DJs here have tried both and could give you an opinion.
The rails on the Innofader are made from a special hardened steel used for drilling holes. The fader is smooth and the resistance is very even and natural. In comparison to the Rane, some DJs tell me it takes much longer to get used to and sticks on the ends.
